General Partners

Brian Green
Brian is the Founding Principle of Green Springs Capital Group and has been investing in real estate for the past 9 years. He got his start in real estate buying small multi-family properties using a value add strategy of increasing net income and reducing operating expenses to force appreciation. This early experience laid the groundwork for the systems and processes that became Green Springs Property Management. Under his leadership and with a proven track record as a successful entrepreneur, Brian’s primary role is to oversee company operations with special focus on acquisitions and investor relations. Before real estate, Brian founded a chain of retail stores that grew to over $10 million in annual sales before successfully exiting the company in 2014. He is a licensed NYS broker and has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Albany.

Greg Green
Greg joined the Green Springs team as a Principle in 2018 after transitioning from the retail business he founded and operated successfully for over 15 years. Since Greg joined the company our portfolio has quadrupled in size and value. He is skilled in managing teams and complex projects and leads our company’s Project Management division in his primary role of General Contractor. Greg is responsible for managing the redevelopment of all new acquisitions and to date Greg and his team have managed over $5.0 million in renovations spread across 11 different properties. Greg also manages the ongoing maintenance and capital projects for our entire portfolio of properties. Greg holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Albany.

Thomas Keating
Tom Keating is the Controller for Green Springs, overseeing all accounting operations. A New York State CPA with over 30 years of experience, he has worked in public accounting with firms such as BDO Seidman and CBIZ, and held leadership roles including CFO, Controller, and Director of Finance.
With expertise in GAAP, financial controls, tax compliance, and operational accounting, Tom ensures accurate reporting and strong financial oversight. His focus on efficiency, transparency, and process improvement supports Green Springs’ continued success.complex multientity real estate and insurance groups.

Kristin Maringola
As Sales Coordinator, Kristin is a key member of our property management team, running all aspects of our sales operations through the leasing of our rental portfolio. She has been with our team for the past 5 years and served an instrumental role in the growth of our company. Before joining Green Springs, Kristin was an educator, working as a 6th grade teacher for 7 years. She holds a Masters Degree in Education from Averett University.

Amanda Done
As Redevelopment Coordinator, Amanda supervises our renovation projects, keeping us on budget and on schedule. She manages all vendor relationships and is responsible for the design of all renovation projects, carefully selecting every fixture, feature, and color. Amanda is also tasked with the design and staging of our short term rental portfolio. She has extensive experience in construction including her own house flipping business and managing her own rental portfolio. Amanda holds a degree in construction management from Hudson Valley Community College.
