Service and emotional support animals are exempt from additional pet rent charges. Tenant will be required to provide confirmation by a treatment provider of both disability and that the proposed animal will help treat such disability.
Application, Leasing & Administrative fees
Application Fee: There is a non-refundable application fee of $20. This fee covers the cost of processing the application.
Lease Administration Fee: A one time lease administration fee of $95 is charged prior to move in. This fee is for the administrative costs associated with preparing the home and the lease agreement.
